Please read these terms and conditions carefully before ordering Tamil Paal fresh milk and dairy products. 1. Brand Ownership: Tamil Paal is a proprietary trademark of GK Dairy, registered and operated in Kumbakonam, Tamil Nadu, India. 2. Pricing & Quantities: All product prices are stated in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of statutory taxes. We reserve the right to revise seasonal pricing based on agricultural procurement fluctuations with prior customer notification. 3. Quality & Storage: Because our dairy contains 0% chemical preservatives, milk and curd must be refrigerated immediately below 4°C upon delivery and boiled or consumed within recommended shelf intervals. 4. Governing Law: Any legal disputes arising from transactions on this platform shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kumbakonam / Thanjavur District, Tamil Nadu.
